About Ken

Early in my career, I was very fortunate to have a great leader who recognized the organization gained more benefit if I was not chained to a desk.  As confidence and my abilities grew, I became the person on the other end of many leader's "hot line".  From small retail stores through Fortune 500 manufacturing companies, it was common to get the call, "Ken, can you  ..."

I have a broad background and extensive experience improving financial returns through in depth knowledge of Finance and Accounting, Demand Forecasting, Operational Improvements, Risk Management, and Project Emergency Response. Additionally, I have a wide ranging base of compliance activities including SOX 404, Fraud investigation, Japanese Financial Compliance, ISO TS 16949, C-TPAT, and Manufacturing Safety.

My operational and process improvement work has been conducted across 10 countries within North and South America, Europe, Asia, and West Africa; With direct reports in 7 of these countries.

 

Personally, I enjoy adventure travel and road trips, have traveled to 24 1/2 countries, and established 22 soccer teams in West Africa.
